Dolmabahçe Palace was built by the thirty-first Ottoman sultan, Sultan Abdülmecid. Dolmabahçe Palace, designed with a Western understanding in accordance with the modernization goal of the Ottoman Empire, was opened for use on June 7, 1856. The construction of this magnificent palace, whose construction started on June 13, 1843, took 13 years.
Büyük Mecidiye Mosque or Ortaköy Mosque is a Neobaroque style mosque located on the coast in the Ortaköy district of Beşiktaş district, on the Bosphorus in Istanbul. The mosque was built by Sultan Abdülmecid in 1853 by architect Nigoğos Balyan of Armenian origin.
The Bosphorus Bridge, which connected the Asian and European continents by road for the first time, was completed in a short time of 39 months. One leg of the bridge is in Beylerbeyi and the other leg is in Ortaköy.
This 600 year old fortress, built by Fatih Sultan Mehmet, is a strategic structure, as it controls all points of entry into the Bosphorus.
Üsküdar Beylerbeyi Palace was planned as a summer resort for the Ottoman sultans and a state guest house where foreign heads of state or rulers would be hosted, and it was built upon the request of the sultan of the time, Sultan Abdülaziz (1861-1876).

We were very much out of the pick up point in Istanbul but we could arrange a pick up and drop off for an additional fee. The ship was very nice, food was decent (fish seems the best deal), scenery was unbelievable, dancing was nice (we could not see much however over the top of other people's heads and trying to eat at the same time, also not Dervishes as in the picture - disappointing so please at least change the picture) overall a beautiful evening. I wish I did not purchase the pictures offered as they are insanely expansive and I got caught up in the moment.

Great evening with my family. Views were spectacular!! We had appetizers, dinner, and a delicious dessert. The performances were amazing. We also got transportation to and from our Airbnb. They also have photographers on board to take photos and will show you after if you’d like to purchase. There is no expectation for you to purchase, but they do come out very nice. We bought quite a few. Highly recommend this experience!
