They cancelled my night shift booked tickets for some reason it was frustrating. No refunds no rescheduling

We would like to explain that due to unexpected administrative and operational changes, the management of the Basilica Cistern was recently transferred from the local municipality to the state government. Unfortunately, this transition temporarily disrupted evening operations and scheduling entirely beyond our control, forcing us to cancel the affected bookings. Regarding your concern about the payment, we want to reassure you that all affected guests were immediately notified, and full refunds were automatically processed through the platform. Excellent, impressive location, the night is the best option due to the smaller number of people and almost sme queue.
Very easy to use and tickets sent quite quickly. Communication was also very easy and quick. The actual cistern was def the top activity we did and at night time it was quiet and gorgeous.
Visiting the Basilica Cistern at night was an amazing experience. We had to queue to get in but once in it didn’t feel packed and we weren’t rushed.
