I secured the van transport for five to Lisbon following a flight from the U.S. Paulo G. was tracking our flight and sent me a message while I was on the tarmac upon landing. As soon as we walked out of the door, he was positioned right in front of the door with my name and it was so helpful because of the extensive drivers with placards. He escorted our group to a very nice and clean Mercedes and before we knew it, we were in the Alfama area. We landed at ten and were in our B&B by 11:30. It was impressive given the customs and luggage, etc. Paulo is kind, professional and we felt safe during our drive to the Alfama area. He even gave us some dining tips. Needless to say, our next trip to Portugal will begin with Paulo. He started our trip off in the best way and all of us were impressed by the kindhearted citizens of Portugal.
