We were picked up by Carlos Bonita, he was so friendly and welcoming. Carlos was so informative and the classic car was very comfortable. Carlos went all out to show us Porto. Absolutely recommend this tour, it is important to have a good driver with personality and Carlos was all this and more!

We had flown in that morning and couldn't get into our room. We stashed our luggage at our hotel and headed off to our tour. It was an ideal way to learn and see a lot about the city, while feeling tired and jet lagged. Fernando was great! He provided a lot of information about the history and layout of Lisbon while we sat in the back and soaked it all in without having to exert much energy. He pointed out the good spots to sit, enjoy a drink and people watch along with restaurant recommendations when we told him what we were looking for. Fernando did a terrific job of communicating with us via whatsapp confirming pick up time and place so there was no stress about missing our ride. We opted for the 2 hour ride vs 4 which really worked out since we hit the wall due to no sleep just as our time was ending. We would recommend this first day option to everyone.

Great experience and excellent customer service - From the owner to the guide from booking through Viator to set up - the communication and feedback from Lisbon Tuk Tuk/Green tours was excellent. Our guide/Tuk Tuk Driver - Ernesto was wonderful - The navigation, communication and narrative around the sites and streets of Lisbon great. He was not a time watcher and went out of the way to make this a good experience. We would recommend both the experience and this company without hesitation.
Our guide Priscilla was outstanding and accommodating. We had some extra time before checking into our hotel so we messaged Priscilla thru WhatsApp and she met us earlier than our scheduled tour time. She was so enthusiastic about the history and culture of the city and even introduced us to the world of Fado music by singing while driving thru the streets of Lisbon. It was truly entertaining to not only us but everyone we passed walking by. The electric Tuk Tuk is a great way to see the sights as the streets are quite hilly. Highly recommend and without a doubt worth it!
