2-Hour Private Bosphorus Luxury Yacht Cruise with Transfers

We were looking for activities to do in Istanbul during a 2-day stopover on an 11-day Med cruise and thought a Bosphorus sunset cruise might be nice, so I booked it for a group of friends. Everyone agreed afterwards that it was easily the best part of our whole trip! Merve was a fantastic guide, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area, and answered our many questions. Even if you've visited Istanbul before, I recommend you tour it from a yacht as it gives you a completely different view. The transfer to and from the yacht also allowed us to see how the city comes alive in the evenings. I didn't know what to expect from my first trip to Istanbul, but after this experience, we are already making plans to return. The communication with the company and flexibility while making arrangements were fantastic, as we were able to extend to 3 hours and add more people. They also had a nice selection of drinks we could purchase on board.

The yacht was beautiful and the staff attentive. Our tour guide was good. However, the cruise was not as described. Upon leaving the port, we turned the opposite way down the river away from the Blue Mosque and other historical sites. It turned out to be a relatively boring river, cruise, looking at mostly residential homes along the waterfront. while beautiful, we felt this was a waste of time, given our limited time in Istanbul. Upon asking the guide, whether or not we would see the Sites, he said “no we wouldn’t. This was not the itinerary”. However, that is what was published. Huge waste of money

We had an excellent trip cruising on the Bosphorus with Guided Istanbul Tours to begin our New Year on January 1. The boat was spacious and comfortable and the ride was smooth. Our guide, Merve, was engaging and informed. She told us something interesting about every building and sight we saw. We felt both relaxed and educated.

The experience was absolutely great. The organizer crew was very professional. Our tour leader, Didam, was an amazing individual who went above and beyond to make sure our family would have a great experience. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Emre Akdeniz as my guide when I took this trip. Emre is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. His passion for the city is obvious when you first meet him. This combined with his sense of humour made for a great first visit to Istanbul and made learning all about the city’s history fun. I would definitely recommend him as a guide for any trip you may be considering.

My brother and I were lucky enough to be able to do a private tour of the Bosphorous during our recent visit to Istanbul. The day started with a check in on WhatsApp with Melissa and shortly followed by Sercan meeting us in the lobby of our hotel and then a quick transfer to the port to get onboard the boat. When we reached the boat we were blown away with it - clean, great condition and a quick way to see a large chunk of the Bosphorous. The captain and first mate were very welcoming and a really nice touch. On the tour, Sercan's knowledge was encyclopaedic like and knew every building along the large stretch of water, he was also a lovely guy to talk with in general. We could not recommend this tour highly enough and really good value for money. When we return, we will definitely take another tour run by the business, as we felt safe in their company.
