The Vatican City day trip was unforgettable. The Vatican Museums were packed with incredible art and history, and the Sistine Chapel was a real highlight. St. Peter’s Basilica was stunning in both size and detail. It was busy but still worth it
As there was no stop at the Coleseum, sairiamis at Circo Massimo, but the driver did not stop, did not see, ended up coming out 300 m below with 300.....mal..
Our guide Roberta was exceptional, Informative and welcoming. Vatican is a must see
Dear Jennifer, Thank you very much for your kind review! 😊✨ We’re happy to know you had such a positive experience with Roberta and that her guidance made the visit both informative and welcoming 🌟 Kind regards, Gray Line I Love Rome
Maria, number 151, was our tour guide. Maria was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also attentive to everyone in our group, answering questions, making sure we were comfortable, and tailoring our tour to our interest. Her passion for Roman history truly shines through, and it’s clear she loves what she does. Maria went out of her way to show us the tour office as we needed to go there. She also found us a coffee shop to dry off in as it raining a lot and we were cold and wet.
The visits were beautiful! The guides were fine and the Colosseum and Vatican museums are spectacular. On the other hand I wanted to communicate with the company because I needed to manage something and communication was almost impossible. They only responded to me on Instagram and it was very very slow. I wouldn't hire around here again.

RESERVE WITH ANOTHER TOUR COMPANY! My reservation was canceled the day prior with no one ever contacting me!! When I reached out to Trip Advisor/Viator, they said the tour company canceled indicating they would not be able to accommodate me. This was extremely disappointing as this booking was on my last day here in Rome. I had this booked months prior!
Dear Vanessa, we are sorry about it, but having liaised with our Booking Department we can tell you with certainty that we (Gray Line Rome) didn't cancel your reservation. We are going to send you a private message with more info. Best regards, Gray Line Rome
