Waste of money. Did not save any time from the regular line. Extremely poor customer service communication.

Easy to find and clear directions

An audio guide is free with a QR code scan at the Parthenon so it may be better than having to take back the device they give you.

Disastrous

Never book this tour through them. We waited at their counter for two hours near the Baslica and nobody turned up. Lots of customers were there facing the same problem. Later we contacted them and they sent a ticket through WhatsApp. But too much people were not able to contact them as they were not picking up phone.

Visita Guiada à basílica de São Pedro

We had a great experience with our guide Valerio. He was very friendly and explained everything really well. We truly appreciate all the care he took to provide us with such a good experience.

St. Peter’s visit

Finding the meeting point could been made easier by increasing the size of the very modest flag to a much larger banner. Once getting that out of the way, the remainder of the tour went well. The skip the line ticket was a must for the large amount of people in attendance.

Ticket exchange failed

The voucher to ticket redemption location and the information provided were not enough to get there. We rebooked on the facility website and entered.

‘‘Skip the line’’… I don’t think so

We were looking forward to a ‘‘skip the line’’ entry ticket to the basilica as stated but that did not happen. Loving Rome provide a lot of instructions regarding where to meet a Loving Rome representative and when to be there (45 minutes early), we did as instructed. The ‘representative’ was late leaving lots of people standing around like headless chickens and when they did arrive did not have any clear identifier that they were part of Loving Rome (as we were instructed they would). We presented the tour guide our ticket as instructed. The tour guide then explained they were ‘just a tour guide’ and didn’t know what we had to do, we had to wait for them to contact someone else and ask. We were then told to just walk in. We explained that we had bought ‘skip the line’ access and we should be instructed where to go for this que as it says in the description. We were again told that they were ‘just a tour guide’ and to just go in. We proceeded to what we thought was a reserved line but were later told it was wrong, with some instructions from Loving Rome as promised this could have been avoided. Not sure who you should book with instead, but avoid booking this ‘’skip the line’’ ticket

The skip the line access...

The skip the line access was a must. This is not a tour for technically challenged individuals. Downloading the audio guide took time. More guidance with when to start the tour and how to follow and navigate the map would have been helpful. The information I was able to get from the audio portion was good and informative.
