This class was so much fun! We brought our daughter to Italy to experience the cuisine and this was the perfect class for it. They kept us entertained with cooking and eating and we learned so much! The food was amazing of course, and we were stuffed when we left. I would highly recommend taking this class… the chefs were so friendly and made our experience great.
This was a fantastic experience from finding out about the produce in the local market to cooking our Italian lunch. We found everyone to be really friendly and we learnt a lot about making pasta which we look forward to practising at home. We also enjoyed the unlimited wine!
Fantastic experience. I thought I knew how to cook a pizza. How wrong I was. Chef Mimmo and his team were brilliant. Great experience a must if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed!!
My wife and I did this cooking class 10yrs ago and decided this time to go back and bring the family. It's was as much fun and informative as we remembered and even better due to the change of venue to the waterfront. Chef Vittorio and Mom Francesca were personable and friendly, teaching us all patiently how to prepare fresh pasta, sauce, Swordfish and then cook. Cost wise it was worth every euro, in addition I want to commend the additional staff that was also very helpful and gracious to us all. If we get back to Sicily a third time, we will absolutely be doing this once again.
My husband and I had an amazing time at the cooking class. It was a family affair and everyone was happy helpful and made sure we had a lot of laughs while learning how to make pasta sauce and other delicious foods !
This was an amazing activity! The chef and his family made it very fun and the food was great! Would definitely do it again!
The experience was incredible. We went to the local market where the chef explained about the freshness of the ingredients we were buying. We were then transported down to Mimmo’s restaurant where his brother and mother taught us how to make many different pastas. The recipes for all we ate were shared with us. When it was time to eat, we sat and feasted on all the foods we created! Absolutely worth your consideration.
Absolutely perfect experience with Chef Mimmo and Mamma Francesca! Everything was coordinated so very well. We made so much food! From pesto, to pasta (all different shapes) to a beautiful red sauce, to a swordfish dish, I will definitely be doing these recipes at home! Chef, his mamma and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The seaside restaurant is the perfect location making you feel like you are in a movie! My family (two adult daughters) and I had the best time! I didn’t want it to end!
What a great experience! This was a highlight of our trip to Taormina. Chef Mimmo and his family were great hosts. We learned so much and had a wonderful afternoon at the restaurant. The day was planned well . The teaching was excellent the food was fantastic!! This was definitely worth the time and money that we spent on the experience!!
It is a great experience, from getting ingredients at the market, to preparing a 4 course meal and finally eating it , with wine of course! Chef Mimmo does a wonderful job with his staff instructing our group throughout the process. Very charming and entertaining as well . We loved it!
