As mentioned in your own review, you became lost on the way back and returned late. This unfortunately created a difficult situation for the guide, who had to manage the rest of the group and continue the tour according to the planned timing. It was never our intention to leave anyone behind, but the organization of a shared cruise excursion requires all participants to respect the agreed meeting times. Regarding Palais Longchamp, the fountain schedule is managed by the city and is outside our control. The monument remains an important historical stop in Marseille, even if the fountain is not operating at the exact time of the visit. We also strongly disagree with the personal accusations made against our guide. Our team works hard to provide a safe and organized service, and we do not accept statements suggesting intentional misconduct or bad faith. Concerning personal belongings, guests remain responsible for their own bags, valuables, medication, and personal items during the tour. We always recommend keeping essential belongings with you at all times, especially medication and valuables. While we are always willing to assist when possible if an item is reported missing or left behind, the tour company cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the vehicle.
