Yacht has a crew and cruising the waters of the Caribbean Sea around Cancun and Isla Mujeres! You will have fun and admire the beautiful blue and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea aboard our luxury 40-foot premium flybridge yacht. Tours of 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours are available. Please Note: tours for 1 and 2 hours are only a yacht trip, without visiting Isla Mujeres!

I booked this boat for 3 hours while on a family vacation with my parents and brother. Communication was sometimes slow and unclear prior to the experience. I asked a few questions several times but answers, while mostly prompt, weren't clear. I knew alcohol wasn't included but it wasn't clear that it wouldn't be provided on the boat for purchase. That needed to be arranged ahead of time and even then, it was only Corona or Victoria beer. I also booked transportation through the company and they arrived 1h and 15 minutes late. I don't think it was the boat companies fault but it didn't start us off on a great foot. When we arrived at the marina, no one was looking for us so we wandered around a bit until we asked someone. We were taken to the boat and it was a bit rough. The decking was being repaired so we had to step on a mishmash of beach towels and the interior of the boat was worn with old beige carpet inside. The staff was nice, especially Limber (I think that was his name). He brought us the drinks we brought and the cooler was large. Three bags of ice were included and we brought about 15 of our own beers. I'd say 4 bags would be better. It was nice that we could use Bluetooth to play our own music. The ocean was a bit rough that day so getting out and swimming was not great. We laid on the Lilypad for awhile but it wasn't overly enjoyable either. Overall, the trip was nice and relaxing but it definitely didn't feel luxurious. I am a travel advisor and sadly I wouldn't recommend this experience to future clients. I am aware that this low of a rating isn't the best for a small business in Mexico and I hope they continue to improve their service and their boat so guests can have a better experience.

We are glad to hear that Limber and the crew took good care of you, but we are disappointed to learn about the issues you encountered — including the late transportation, the marina reception, the temporary deck maintenance, and the condition of the interior carpet. This is not the impression we want to leave, especially for guests visiting us with their families. Regarding the beverages, we apologize for the misunderstanding. Alcohol is not included by default, but we should have communicated more clearly about the available options and the need to pre-order specific drinks. We are already updating our pre-arrival instructions to avoid any confusion in the future. We also regret that the ocean conditions that day made swimming less enjoyable. Safety always comes first, and on rougher days the sea can limit some activities, but we understand how this affected your overall perception of the tour. Your comments about the carpet, the temporary deck repair, and overall presentation of the boat have been taken very seriously. We are currently undergoing upgrades to improve the guest area appearance and comfort, and your feedback helps us prioritize those improvements. The crew was very detail oriented, polite and fun. The boat was great we cruised, swam and ate all over and it was absolutely a great experience.

We booked the 6 hour tour for our family (8 people, 6 adults and 2 children) and had an amazing experience. The crew was very respectful, and the sea is definitely the most beautiful I have ever seen. I will certainly recommend these guys for everyone who visits Cancun and will hopefully be back soon.
