This tour takes you through the canals of a theme park that evokes the traditional Xochimilco of Mexico City. For almost three hours you can enjoy a pleasant trajinera ride, navigating the canals of Cancun. Each of them is adorned with motifs from the 32 Mexican states. Find yours! Along the way, you will have the opportunity to listen to different musical groups that will approach in their boats. Dare to sing with the mariachis, delight in the sound of the marimba or learn something new with the jarocho quartet or the bolero trio. And of course, Mexican cuisine could not be missed. Tamales, chapulines, mutton barbecue, pork in green sauce, corn flan and cocadas are some of the dishes that will bring you closer to the chalupas. It was nothing what I thought it would be. It was amazing. My husband was sceptical when I booked it and had a blast! Our guide Isai was awesome at keeping everyone entertained!!
Staff were courteous and very helpful. It felt very crowded with all those boats in use. I can’t help but wonder how much more crowded it would be in busy season?
