Pickup Locations & Times
The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

- Bring comfortable clothes and shoes, we recommend you to wear long pants.
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
- According to the indication issued by the Government of Quintana Roo, Mexico, we are forced to suspend activities at 11:00 pm. So the park will be opening from 19:00 to 23:00 hr
- The Voucher schedule is informative.

Live experience with great music variety and a decent crowd. Great staff with tour guide. Price was inexpensive and all drink and food included.

I am so grateful for the customer service Bryan Cobian offered in helping us schedule our tours (Xoximilco and Islas Mujeres). Your suggestions were excellent and we didn't really pass it on 100. You really know when someone likes your job and Bryan is one of those people. He doesn't beat you up and tell you the way it is. He kind of knows what tone people are up to if they want to go on a pachanga or want something quieter, familiar bone. My trip to GR Solaris Cancun in February 2026 was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations and turned into one of the most memorable vacations we’ve had. First, the location is perfect. The beach is absolutely beautiful—soft sand, clear water, and the kind of views you hope for when you book a trip to Cancun. It was the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the sunshine. One of the biggest surprises of the trip was the food. I’ve stayed at several resorts over the years, and this was honestly the best food I’ve ever had at a resort. The variety was impressive and every meal was full of flavour. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we always looked forward to what was next. The staff throughout the resort were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were also extremely clean and well maintained, especially considering the resort has been around for a while. Everything felt cared for and comfortable. I’d especially like to give a special thank you to our MTS Concierge (Juan Román) who helped us plan our excursions. He took the time to really listen to what we were hoping to experience and patiently walked us through the options. Thanks to his thoughtful recommendations, we ended up choosing an excursion that turned into the highlight of our entire trip. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine desire to help made a huge difference in our experience. That day will always be one of our favourite vacation memories, and his guidance played a big part in that. If you’re looking for a beautiful beach, fantastic food, and genuinely wonderful service, GR Solaris Cancun is a great choice. We left with amazing memories and would absolutely return.
