Pickup Locations & Times
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Hotel Aloft Tulum. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 06:40 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

- If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park
- The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
- We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
- Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.

I think going through the cave in the dark was a mind opening experience. Also I loved the lazy river and the mud river!
Our family's trip to Xenses was honestly the best part of our vacation to Playa Del Carmen. No Youtube Video does it any justice. Our family of 4 had an absolute blast and I would do it again, even with just adults. We have 6 and 8 year old sons and they loved every part of the journey. The Xensatorium path was a little scary for the kids at first but after calming them down and speaking out loud during the course of the experience, they were reassured that nothing scary was happening and they were able to enjoy the experience. If you enjoy unique photos for IG, this is the excursion for you. We purchased the photo package and got some great shots. I highly recommend the package. It allowed our hands to be free and to enjoy the experience without thinking too much about photos. The camera angles were perfect as well, something that we may not have been able to achieve with our phones.
