Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Aloft Tulum. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

You just have to experience it. Highly recommend!
My family of 9 (6 children ages 7-17) loved it. Plenty to do even without the extra activities available for purchase. Enough restaurants to eat & as many times as you like. The bars & self serve fountain drink machines are very nice. Beautiful scenery, trails & crystal clear waters. 1 day is not enough at this park. Only negative is the free lockers are a nightmare.
We enjoyed our day at the park...the food though was just OK. Enjoyed swimming with the dolphins and snorkeling and the caves!!! The swinging bridge was fun and funny to watch people try to cross it (the one closest to the caves).....we had a great day.
