Besides that, Xcaret is a park that celebrates Mexico’s present and rich past, a country known for its traditions, culture and folklore. Have fun in water activities that will take you to mystical places in the territories of Chaac, the Mayan god of water. Enjoy underground rivers, a beach area, a lagoon, and natural pools of seawater. For the little ones, there is a special area, Children’s World, where they can swim in shallow cenotes and wading pools designed for them.

Pickup Locations & Times
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Aloft Tulum, there is no other pick up point. The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

I paid over $200 dollars and you have to pay for pictures and more activities swim with sharks is $75 it’s hot and you feel like your walking in circles I didn’t stay for the show the bus left a 4 n I couldn’t wait to leave because of the heat even with the river and snorkeling barely and fish and so many people the next bus leaves at 945 didn’t feel like waiting that long I got back to my hotel at 5 something
We are sorry for the misunderstanding It's displayed at the product that the photos are not included. There is no mention about any shark swim being included, those activities are for an extra fee There were multiple maps around the park and the staff also gives out a small paper map so everyone can explore as much as possible
