Jaclyn was our guide in late June, and she was fabulous. She has a great deal of knowledge, she kept the information interesting and engaging while she led us around the Oculus and outside areas. She is very passionate about her role, and takes it very seriously. She told very impactful stories that made each stop feel personal and memorable, and tied each one to a person or story that really stuck. She had learned something new about a victim that morning, so she could share their story with us because it was their birthday. Her care and concern and willingness to keep the stories alive made the tour more valuable. I highly recommend.
That level of care and attention to detail is exactly what Jaclyn is known for. Turning each stop into something personal and memorable is no small thing. Really appreciate you taking the time to share this.
Arun was very knowledgeable and was very inspiring to lead the group. He was kind and made sure everyone could hear him and ensure everyone was accounted for prior to departure. I was suggest him every time
