Had a wonderful day seeing the skyline and the state of liberty
What an incredible experience! Darius and the team were fantastic, making the tour so much fun with all their interesting facts. And that view of the Statue of Liberty, front and center, was absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend this adventure!
It was easy and nice. Staff was kind. The bathrooms on the docks were dirty but other than that it was great.
The experience was fantastic! The weather was great, the guide was great—enjoyed the experience and would do it again!
Everything was nicely done. Staff were so kind. We enjoyed ourselves! Chaz did a nice job entertaining us!
Absolutely one of the best things we did on our trip to NYC, beautiful tour and sights and so inexpensive compared to other things we did! Would do again and recommend to anyone visiting!
My partner and I were really looking forward to experiencing this tour as we had read great reviews, however when we got to the pier we were greeted with arrogant self absorbed staff at the pier who were more interested in flirting with each other than doing their job. I asked several times which line my partner and I should be in and each time I was made to feel very stupid, and as if I was wasting their time by asking. I asked two staff members who couldn’t take their eyes off TikTok to respond to me, I walked away and approached ANOTHER two staff members who literally couldn’t stop flirting with each other to speak to me.., it was very uncomfortable. Captain Rachel was fantastic and the actual tour itself was great, however the way I was treated on the pier I wouldn’t do this again or recommend it to other tourists.
We went to East side instead of West side by accident but were able to rebook to the next hour instead. The only thing was a little pricy was $10 rebook fee for each person. The tour itself was wonderful and we had an awesome guid in the ship! Even my family from Germany had no problem to understand as she spoke clear and at a good speed.
This was a fantastic tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and told great stories. Our two grandkids- (ages 4 and 7) really enjoyed it. Beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline and the Status of Liberty. A fun experience.
