We had a great experience visiting the Empire State Building and would definitely recommend adding the 102nd-floor upgrade. We booked the Express Pass for a Saturday morning around 9:00 a.m., and honestly, the crowds were light enough that we didn’t really need it. However, I can see the value for visitors who like to linger longer at each exhibit or are visiting during busier times. The views from both the 86th and 102nd floors were incredible and gave us a unique perspective of New York City. Everything was well organized, the staff were friendly, and the experience felt smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was a memorable visit and one of the highlights of our trip.
We had an issue with our tickets after they were incorrectly processed by a third-party provider, but Sharon B. went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, taking the stress out of what could have been a very frustrating situation. Thanks to Sharon, we were able to enjoy our visit without any further problems. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Sharon!

Great experience to visit after 31 years. Beautiful view!
We went at 8:30 am and there was no crowd. Unfortunately, I had paid for red carpet and did not need it. The exhibits were great as was the elevator ride up. The overall experience was very special especially for our grandson.
Wow. Incredible views on a bluebird day. Worth going all the way to 102. The museum and history is great, take the time to visit. The staff very all so friendly and open to sharing their knowledge.
