- Flash photography is not permitted inside the Palace. Sharp objects, luggage or large bags are not permitted.

- Go directly to Entrance A of the Palace, located in the Dufour Pavilion at the top left of the Cour d'Honneur. The selected timeslot allows entry within 30 minutes of the booked time.
- Viator vouchers will not be accepted. Please read your booking confirmation for more information.

Very disappointed not to have been informed in advance that the attraction was exceptionally closed. Mr. Trump's visit was known before the morning of the event. And especially extremely frustrated not to easily get a refund for the activity. The link I received is not functional when it is the day of the activity and the activity has passed.
Versailles is nothing short of spectacular, and the audio guide provided was useful and informative, however using the app was difficult to figure out when to start “listening” and getting to the menu to select the room to listen to. Once we figured that out. It was excellent.
We were told that these tickets were not official and could not be used by several people. Finally someone took pity on us and let us in. Had to pay for Audio even though ticket said it was included 10 euro. Why is Viator ok with this?
Nothing worked! Paid and couldn't get in twice. I was told at the information desk that one ticket was a fake, and I had to buy a new one on-site. The second ticket also didn't work! I was also at the information desk. Stay away from this scam; over 130 euros for nothing

The instructions to collect the tickets from the Palace was incorrect, there is no QR Code machine for the staff to provide us with the actual tickets. The validated tickets should be sent directly to our personal emails so that we have them a day before the visit and don’t need to panic about not having the tickets on the day.
Palace of Versailles is a great experience, but unfortunately it was very crowded and several school classes (elementary school?) were wandering around the palace... Additionally, one must pay extra admission for the gardens...:-(
I would not book through Viator again. First tickets I booked were cancelled the day before the trip to Versailles with no explanation. When I inquired it was due to technical difficulties. Cant be any more technical difficulties than trying to get my tickets from the Viator site. If you don't have the app or cant get the app because your phone is not up to date, the tickets are frustrating to download. My wife did have the app and the tickets still refused to load. When we finally got the tickets after much frustration and tried to enter one of the tickets was not valid and kept coming up that it had already been used. Ruined the event. This is not a review of Versailles its a review of not using Viator to get in. Get your tickets elsewhere.

I enjoyed the venue it lived up to my expectations. I was not happy with being told that I had to pay extra for the audio guide. I gave proof that I had already paid and was told no you have to pay again.
I paid for an audio guide for two, which I did not receive; I was denied the audio guide at the Versailles site because I did not have the required documents. Documents that you did not provide me! Moreover, you are too expensive. I am requesting a refund. I am absolutely not satisfied. This is a scam!

Booking the ticket was very easy. Follow the booking time, get in the queue and you’re on your way..
