Tours last approximately 1.5-2.5 hours for half-day options, or 4 hours for full-day tours, led by knowledgeable guides. Duration varies depending on the chosen option. Highlights include the King’s State Apartment, Hall of Mirrors, and more. Full-day clients can explore Trianon palaces independently. Option : Pick-up by Minivan We offer a diverse range of packages tailored to suit both your schedule and budget. Opt for an upgrade to enjoy a more intimate small-group experience and extend your visit for a full-day experience to explore the Grand and Petit Trianon palaces. Additionally, personalize your transportation preferences. Choose to meet your guide directly at the site, enhance your experience with a pick-up from a central meeting point in Paris, or select alternative transport options, including hotel pick-up in the western part of Paris. Only for option with transfer ( option: 1,2,3 )
Option : No Transfer Palace : Guided Tour in English 1:30 hours
Garden : Guided tour in the garden for 30 mn. (Available only for Standard, Small Group, and Semi-Private options. Essential groups visit on their own.)
After the guided portion, immerse yourself in the grandeur of Versailles for approximately 2 hours (for half-day tours) or 4 hours (for full-day tours) to wander at your own pace and discover its treasures independently.
After 4 hours at Versailles for the half day and 6 hours for the full day, your driver will pick you up in front of the castle to return to Paris. ( except option 5, no transportation )

Your actual pickup time depends on your location and will be confirmed by text and/or email the day before your visit. _________________________________ Hotel Pickup & Drop-off Zone: Available only in the western districts of Paris (1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th, 16th, and western parts of the 2nd, 5th, 14th, 17th). We offer hotel pick-up whenever conditions allow. However, in Paris there are many restrictions such as bus lanes, one-way streets, and no-stopping zones. As a result, it may not always be possible to collect you directly in front of your hotel. In such cases, we will provide you with a meeting point just around the corner or at a nearby accessible location. _________________________________ Meeting Point Option: If your address is outside this zone, you can choose one of our two fixed meeting points: Champs-Élysées, Near the Eiffel Tower

- Our tours are limited, we cannot cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Tickets are non-refundable by the museums. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
- The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, particularly those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very large and includes numerous staircases and uneven cobblestones, both inside the buildings and throughout the gardens
- Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.

Versailles is a beautiful place. We were able to find our tour guide very easily. She had headsets for us to use so we could hear her clearly. Our tour guide Sophie, did a super job explaining the rooms we were in with lots of detail. It was crowded, but she was able to negotiate spots in the rooms where we could see the things she was talking about and take photos. I would highly recommend this excursion. When we booked this excursion, we were able to book a pick up at our hotel, which was great. The driver was very prompt picking us up and bringing us back.
Be prepared to walk, wear comfortable shoes, so much to see! I could’ve spent the entire weekend here! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, and she shared historical tidbits and fun facts as we went along.
Our professional guide clearly explained the history and how the tour was to proceed. Driver for hotel pick up was also very professional and navigated Paris precisely with no GPS.
Our driver to Versailles was on time, afabulous driver and friendly. We had a wonderful guide who was happy to answer questions and so knowledgeable on the history of the palace and the Royal families. She kept us moving along but we didn't feel rushed. Would recommend booking le Petite train ticket at least one easy of you are going to grand palace, le Petite palace or the Queens hamlet to save your legs,particularly if hot. We've booked a number of tours through viator on this holiday snd all have been excellent. We did the full day tour and that time was needed to visit the Queens hamlet.
Nafi was a great guide for our tour of Versailles. Had wonderful additional information about the various areas of the tour that really brought the place to life. She also was wonderful about taking pictures of everyone on our tour at different points to have the best experience. Would highly recommend.

Excellent guide! We had more time than we needed in the gardens, since Marie Antoinette’s separate building/house that is a distsnce from the palace was not included. One counter service with very limited seating area and one sit down full service restaurant are on the garden grounds.
