Lili was an entertaining tour guide, and introduced us to some of the highlights of Versailles, which is of course absolutely enormous.
Fabienne was just amazing. She really explained all rooms in great detail as well as the gardens, and it made our tour so memorable.
Thank you for being on the tour, we hope to see you again in Paris!
Best experience. Best guide.
Fabian was a fantastic guide. Great information, perfect English, fun sense of humor, and navigated the crowds very well
Yichen was our amazing tour guide. Somehow my husband and I got lucky to just have a private tour experience. Yichen was so knowledgeable of every room we entered, giving us the fascinating history and allowing us some time to take photos. Yichen made our first experience here at Versailles memorable. Would highly recommend this tour and this guide!
Great tour of Versailles! Martin expertly navigated huge crowds and imparted great knowledge. Thanks Martin!!!!!!!!
He was very knowledgeable about all the history involved in this beautiful place. He made sure all of us were enjoying it as well since it can be pretty crowded in the rooms.
Operator cancelled trip night before at 8:20PM via text which we did not see until on the train to Versailles early the next day. Claimed computer problems, but why was it not taken car eof earlier? 0/10. Do not use this tour!
We are sorry for the inconvenience. The evening before your visit, we sent an update through the Viator messaging system explaining that a technical outage on the Versailles reservation portal prevented us from accessing any of the tickets, despite them being booked in advance. During travel, all platforms (including Viator) strongly encourage guests to check their messages before departure, as time-sensitive updates can happen—especially for early-morning tours. A full refund was requested immediately, and we remain available if you need any further assistance.
The small group size of this tour made all the difference!!! Yichen was so great. He was kind and engaging with our 9 year old daughters throughout and we learned a lot too!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful message. We’re really happy to hear the experience worked well for your family — especially when travelling with children, those little details matter. It means a lot that you took the time to share this.
He was very funny and made the experience very engaging. He was very knowledgeable about the palace and its history, and we learned more than we could from any textbook.
Thank you for this lovely message. It’s great to know the visit felt lively and memorable — that’s exactly what we hope for. We truly appreciate you taking a moment to share your experience. Wishing you a wonderful time in Paris.
