When we booked we were unaware that it was not for someone with mobility issues. So beware. However, the guide went out of their way to walk us right to the museum entrance, past security, and helped us tour on our own. Inside, all of the Vatican guards helped us get around with elevators and paths not normally open to the public. The entire experience was great.
Unfortunately it was very hard to understand the guide clearly. She was very knowledgeable but a lot of the information got lost. The kind of earpiece she had for everyone didn’t help either. The Vatican Museum was very impressive but the large crowds made it hard to really enjoy everything with enough time.
Dario was a very special guide , a very warm, honest man. It was a very trustfull experiente. Next time to Rome I will choose historical service again and again. I GLADLY RECOMMEND! Thank you! 😊
This small group tour was an excellent experience & way to explore the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel. Our tour guide Dario was very knowledgeable & made the experience interesting & fun. He was helpful in providing tips after the tour to make our Rome experience a positive one. We are so glad we booked this tour.
This was well worth the money, easy instructions to meet our guide, they then took us in via the fast track line and arranged everything for us inside, It was good as it was busier than normal due to the jubilee year. Guide was very informative. I would recommend.
Our group of 33 pax were late for the Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel by an hour, but the way Dario & team helped uu & spokento the official & convinced them & we were allowed to visit the Museum. Thank you Team Dario, will definitely recommend other groups to book through Dario. Thank you once again. Canute DMello
The tickets were easy to find, and having someone help us pass the line outside was super helpful. Our tour guide was kind though we had a hard time hearing the audio. She did her best with the faulty tech!
I cannot recommend the Vatican Museums Group Tour enough! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded all expectations. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and art we were seeing. She brought the entire Vatican to life with fascinating stories, insightful details, and a wonderful sense of humor. The group size was just right – not too big, so it still felt personal, but large enough to share the excitement with fellow travelers. Skipping the long entrance lines was a huge plus, saving us hours of waiting and allowing us to enjoy every minute inside the museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. The highlight was, of course, standing under Michelangelo’s masterpiece in the Sistine Chapel – truly breathtaking. But beyond that, every room, every corridor, and every sculpture held a new surprise, and our guide made sure we didn’t miss a single important detail. This tour made our visit to the Vatican unforgettable. Whether you’re a history buff or just want to experience one of the most incredible cultural sites in the world, this tour is 100% worth it. Don’t even think twice – book it and prepare to be amazed!
The good part is that entrance was easy and artwork amazing. However, the tour guide Leonardo (?), spoke with such a heavy accent that he was hard to understand. We only caught about half of what he was saying. He also rushed us through at a very fast pace. This tour was advertised as 2.25 hours. He finished on about 1 hour, 40 minutes. There was no need to push us through the tour that fast.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the ease of entry and the incredible artwork — it truly is a highlight of the experience. We’re very sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations in terms of clarity and pacing. We appreciate your comments regarding the guide’s accent and the duration of the tour, and we understand how this may have affected your overall enjoyment. We will address this with our team to ensure our guides are more mindful of pacing and communication, especially when working with international visitors. Your input is valuable and helps us improve. If your travels bring you back this way, we’d love the chance to provide a better experience. Warm regards,
Not particularly sure this was worth it. We had to get to the meeting point 30-45min early just to walk inside and wait to join the Vatican tour group. So probably didn’t save any time compared to just lining up as normal for the Vatican tour group. The tour itself was fantastic
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We understand that arriving early to join the group entrance may not have felt like it saved time compared to lining up independently. However, one of the key advantages of our Vatican guide direct‑access service is that it allows you to bypass the notoriously long ticket and ‑group queues and enter through a priority entrance reserved for tour groups. This means you avoid the often hours‑long waits other visitors experience . While the timing of your meeting point may have created a similar wait, the pre‑booked, host‑escorted entry ensured a seamless start to your tour — no ticket purchases, no slow security lines, and guaranteed entry even on busy days . We’re delighted to hear that the tour itself exceeded expectations — our goal is always to combine hassle‑free logistics with an unforgettable experience inside. And we continue working to refine the meeting logistics to make that advantage even clearer. Thank you again for highlighting the positives, and we truly hope to welcome you back — ideally with an even smoother entry next time.
