We originally bought this ticket. When it came to locating the pick up point, it was a nightmare! Our booking never told us that the shop we were collecting from is called “once upon a time tours”. Had we known this it would’ve been much easier to identify this small hidden shop, so leave plenty of time to find it. We also didn’t realise that this ticket is only fast track for the Vatican museum- not for St Peter’s basilica, so we would’ve had to queue for an hour. Luckily, the tour shop offered us a guided tour for €20 each. We are glad we did this tour as Valentina was a good tour guide and the tour didn’t take too long. I recommend getting a guided tour instead of a skip the line ticket. The tours are great for teaching you everything there is to know about the Vatican City.
Amil was a wonderful tour guide, she gave us so much information and was so pleasant. If you plan to visit the coliseum tour with Amil she is great!
