This tour is completely worthless, they tell you all these amazing highlights at the tourstation center and when you go its all the opposite, i do not recommend anyone getting this tour at all!!! For future reference the st peteres basilica is free and you get charged for it under booking this tour. Do not waste your money. Also, the employees are super rude and cannot stay in communication with whats going on!!!!

Very good service, particularly with guests traveling with kids. I appreciated the assistance of redeeming vouchers for tickets at the ticketing office. They answered all questions and were very patient.
