There needs to be a better communication between the local Tour guide and Transportation person. We got picked up from Hotel, on time, and the driver showed us his phone confirmation with our correct names. However, after driving a while, the driver turned around and asked us where will the Tour guide meeting us? We had no idea. Driver spoke minimum English. I used Google translation to communicate with driver. He then took us to a random local Tour and asked around. We got very nervous since seems like we weren't in a very good neighborhood. Luckily that local Tour place spoke some English. He then told driver to call the Tour company that associated with Viator and finally drove us to the right place. Poor communication
