Discover the Mayan archaeological site of Tulum, world famous for its unique location alongside the Caribbean coastline. Built on a natural outcrop facing the rising sun, the stunning turquoise blue ocean backdrop makes this beautiful site one of the most picturesque in the world.
Afterwards explore the fascinating underwater world of Turtle Bay on a leisurely snorkel tour in search of 3 of the world’s 7 sea turtle species. Brightly colored tropical fish, spectacular coral, amazing rock formations, rays and unbelievable visibility makes this an unforgettable experience
Then journey deep into the subtropical rainforest of the Yucatan to relax, swim and snorkel in the crystal-clear fresh waters of a massive “cenote”, and marvel at the thousands of spectacular stalagmites and stalactites that surround you at every turn

Great tour! Was a bit rushed through but that was to beat the crowds and it worked! Our guide was knwoledageable, fun and set the right expectations from the beginning. The team was super helpful with the snorkeling as one in our group was not very comfortable in open water - they did a great job helping out and ensuring everyone had an opportunity to see the turtles and enjoy the activity! The cenote was a closed/cavern one which was great and cool/cold (perfect after the heat)!

Kevin was an amazing tour guide. I wish we had more time to just hear his life story. He was able to give the tour both in English and his native French, while also speaking fluent Spanish. The tour of the ruins was quite hot, but very informative and beautiful. Because we had groups of French and English speakers, he was able to secure a guide for us in English so that we could all get the information in a timely manner. The snorkeling was a bit rough, but that was due to the seaweed and other tour groups who were less than respectful, but that was beyond his control. Estefania joined us as a photographer and did a great job capturing memories for all of us. The cenotes were the highlight. Such an amazing experience to swim through the tunnels and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about them. We saw many bats! And the lunch was delicious. I am gluten free and had no issues. Overall, a wonderful experience and well run. Highly recommend!

We did not have a good experience. If you are older and walk slower, this is not the tour for you. Here's our story: The driver was unfit to drive, swerving side to side, running over things on the side of the road and spending more attention to his phone than to driving. Not to mention his tic (left shoulder lifted every 5 seconds) making the pressure he put on the gas uneven which made the ride feel like a constant stop and go. The place where we were expected to change into our swimsuits was completely UNACCEPTABLE - an old small broken bathroom. And we were asked to go in 2 at a time. Especially considering Akumal Beach has an appropriate bathroom with changing stalls that are FREE. When we asked Stephanie why we couldn't have changed in there, she told us it was too expensive. I'm certain it was free for all who entered. The time spent in the Cenote was so short, we were highly disappointed. And all the time that was wasted on getting pictures taken, just to sell them later? Ridiculous. When I told Stephanie that I was not feeling well and felt like I might pass out (heat exhaustion) she was less than compassionate, only asking if I had an ongoing condition. It felt more like I was frustrating her than anything else, not asking what, if anything, I might need. I'm not sure the guides have been taught how to spot heat stroke/exhaustion. They should be in that kind of weather. Lunch was so inferior, I'm not sure where to start. The ladies serving it gave the tiniest portions and we were only allowed to have 1 protein on our tacos. So I asked for the vegetables and thought I could get a protein as well, but no, they considered the vegetables a protein. What? While in Tulum, we told Stephanie that we walked slower than the rest of the group but she charged ahead with everyone else. We never got to hear anything that was said because she didn't wait for us to arrive before talking about the sites. All in all, our experience was not good.

With our guide Amber and the pleasant group we were with, it completely exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the explanations, the turtles in Akumal, and being alone in the cenote.

A unique experience, even with the sargassum, the experience is a must-do, and the service from Dalai and Juan Lues is fantastic; these workers should be recognized because it is incredible to have people like them on your team, people with experience, empathy, kindness, attentiveness, and so on. If they were my workers, I would treat them like royalty.

Fabricio was the best guide! He was knowledgable and very entertaining! He made sure we were safe and happy the entire tour. My husband and I were blown away by the while experience! The only downside was the vans A/C wasn't working. Switched to another van and it wasn't any better.
