An amazing day!

We had a fabulous time on this tour! Pablo was a wealth of knowledge and you could feel the pride and love that he has in his country, the history and his Mayan ancestors. Our driver was helpful, respectful and got us where we needed to go safely! The meal was very good and the Cenote swim was refreshing after the hot day. Our family of 6 (50,51,24,23,22,20) all enjoyed our day and would highly recommend this tour.

Recommended!

Good excursion, much seen in little time. Pick up was on time. Guide Pablo talks about the ruins with great passion. Be sure to take a bike in Coba otherwise you won't have enough time. The cenote was also nice. Only picking up all the guests should be included. But definitely recommended.

Never picked us up :(

They emailed us the day before saying to meet at 7:45 at Viva Mexico. They did not offer hotel pickup, even thought we are a 15 minute walk away. We got to the meeting spot 10 minutes early. The car never showed up. We and Viator tried to call both numbers listed on file and I utilized the Viator chat, but did not get a response. We wasted 1.25 hours before giving up. No Mayan Ruins or Cenote swims for our limited trip. :(

Beautiful Tulum & Coba & cenote swimming-Highly recommended!

Our guide Hermanio was very knowledgeable, organized, and attentive. I learned so much about Yukatec Mayan history and culture, as well as significant features of different buildings at Tulum and Coba. The hight of this tour for me was 195 step hike at Coba. I mean the view from the top of the temple! Also, the cenote was beautiful - we had traditional food at their buffet which was incredible, the natural scenery at the cenote was stunning as well. There were baby turtles and fish as well!

Very interesting and quite good.

Very interesting tour with a reasonably articulate and informed guide. The food served for lunch was reasonably good. I was not impressed with the unexpected costs.

Very good experience, although I knew little. It was with the guide Zeferino and chauffeur to José. They were very friendly and very attentive. 100% recommended.

Great experience

Our guide Emiliano spoke English very well and provided a great experience - educating us about the Mayan culture as we toured the ruin sites. The cenote was a great way to top it off

Too much to do to be able to appreciate it

There were a few things to love about this tour and a few things to…not love. We LOVED: - tour guide Mundo- seemed very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions - the places we went to were amazing- Tulum and Cobá are beautiful and interesting and the cenote was super cool to see and get to swim in We did not care for: - transportation- there was room for 12 passengers and there were 12 of us on the tour and the van was very small- so uncomfortable! - not a lot of time at each location to explore- we saw some pretty areas of Tulum but only a small portion of it; Cobá had transport options, which I suggest taking because walking leaves zero time to see any of the ruins besides the one main pyramid once you walk there and back - the ‘buffet lunch’ is at the end of the tour, at the cenote location, and by the time we got there is was 4pm- everyone expected to eat earlier so we were all hangry by the time we got there, plus there was not a lot of selection and not a lot of each dish; we were there with other groups so you didn’t get a lot of food - we were given one hour to eat and swim at the cenote- since everyone was waiting with other groups for food, by the time they’d eaten there was no time to swim; on the flip side, my husband and I went to the cenote first and ate later- it was nice having the cenote to ourselves, but by the time we got to the buffet there was very little food- seriously, scraping the pans to try to get a few bites- and very little time to eat - the road to/from the cenote is rough and, again, the cramped vehicle made this a very uncomfortable I’m glad we got to view these amazing sites, but I recommend doing this type of itinerary as a private tour so you have time to actually see and enjoy everything.
