My taxi arrived at the hour of my original flight which was an hour late. While I'm paying for a service followed by a flight, the taxi left and came back 2 hours later. At almost midnight alone with my children I had to find a solution. Booking contacted refused to refund me and forced me to take back this provider for the return while so I am crazy of anxiety. Booking to escape!
