We used Cab Roma 4 times during our trip. -FCO to our hotel in Rome -Hotel to the Civitavecchia Cruise Port for the start of our cruise - End of our cruise to a Hotel in Rome - Hotel to FCO We had pick ups at various times during the day including 5 AM for our flight home. We received a confirmation email a few days before each transfer, and the name and phone number for the driver at 6 PM Rome time the day before the transfer. Each driver messaged me on WhatApp the day of the transfer to provide ETAs and updates on arrival. All the drivers were early and very professional. Highly recommend and would use them again

Amazing ! With all the plane delays, including the long lines at customs, our driver was there and waiting for us. Great Service. Booked a transfer from the Airport to central Rome on 02/03/26, and back again on 06/03/26. Marco was our first driver, and he was great. Matteo our return driver (it was 5.30 in the morning, and it's possible it may have been someone else, but I wasn't awake enough to catch his name!) - either way, he was also a great driver. Both drivers were there on time, or slightly early; communication beforehand from the company, and from the drivers, was excellent, and we couldn't rate the performance highly enough. Will definitely use again if we're ever in Rome in the future.

We used CabRoma to take us directly from Rome’s Fiumicino Airport to Florence with a 3 hour side trip to San Gimignano and Sienna. Our driver Davide was kindly waiting for us once we exited customs. Although his English wasn’t the most proficient, he was a great driver and got us to all the places we needed to get to. The van was clean and Davide had water for us as well as a timely rest stop during our drive to Florence. CabRoma is a very reliable and safe service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
