Tour of Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill Experience

We should have just booked direct . There was no benefit or value (if anything it was more expensive ) . No audio headsets in sight

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ 3/5 stars We visited the Colosseum, the Palatine Hill, and the Roman Forum. The sights themselves are impressive, but the organization significantly worsened our overall impression. The description for picking up the audio guide was unfortunately incorrect or misleading. Instead of going to the Colosseum first, we had to pick up the audio guide at a small public park first. There was neither a stand nor any signage there, so we had to ask for directions multiple times. That cost us about 1 hour and a lot of unnecessary stress. On the positive side, the contact person spoke German and everything worked out in the end. Important: Be sure to take your ID card or passport with you. Without a valid ID, you will be denied entry to the sites. There are security checks at all three attractions. Plan for some extra time for this. Since it gets extremely hot in the summer, we recommend visiting early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The audio guide, on the other hand, was really good. The explanations were easy to understand, and the integrated map made orientation much easier. We also found it less than ideal that the Colosseum can only be visited at a fixed time and each of the three sites can only be entered once. This makes it difficult to plan the day flexibly. Overall an interesting visit, but the organization and the price-performance ratio could have been much better.

I thought this was a guided tour but it wasn’t. The video from the app was only less than. 2 minutes. There was no literature and a map that was incomprehensible

Meeting my concierge to receive the tickets and go over the event was seamless. Very good communication. Good value for the money and a time saver purchasing the tickets in advance.

We could not find where to exchange our vouchers and we asked many different vendors there where to go...did not get much help..missed our time and was unable to do the experience..very stressful and disappointing and lost out on money and experience..will be contacting them when we get home

Rome was beautiful and very well managed. We met with our operator at the meeting and he told us how to get in. It's really fast in that busy Colosseum.

If you book through here (combi) tickets for colloseum, roman forum, palatina hill you pay far too much. Organization was called Lets Enjoy Tours. Normal maximum price is 18-25 p.p. including palatina museum.....we were not allowed to enter museum. We have been scammed for 50 euros for our feeling. Don't book at lets enjoy......must also call them if you need to exchange your voucher for the real tickets

We find Barbara and the rest of the team almost right away. They had our tickets ready and we did the trip at our own pace because we traveled with our daughters. It was actually great! The directions for entry and the path marked at the areas made it very easy. The team was prompt to clearly reply our questions before the visit. We will definitely contact them again!

The guide was very useful, explained to us what to expect inside, how much walking we have to do, bathroom availability, explained the outside structures and displays, Constantine, short cuts on how to avoid waiting on lines. He is very well familiar with the attraction and answered all our concerns ( I'm mobility compromised and face challenges walking for long). We were well informed about everything.

A great guide speaks clearly, whether through a microphone or small group setting. They should be easy to understand, especially for non-native English speakers, and answer questions with enthusiasm.we found all these qualities in that guide arranged by the team of Let's Enjoy Tours. Strongly recommended.
