The guide was very knowledgeable, funny and pleasant we took the tour in Spanish and you will enjoy I will recommend it to my friends and family
Excellent Plan, very according to what was offered, very respectful guides and good people. I would certainly repeat this plan
Long, beautiful place, lacked to better write the dynamics. Missed providing a tel nr for emergency. At the last minute they gave more priority to eating in a Korean than in the museum spaciale. That's so wrong.
RESERVATIONS!!! And they call you at night to say there are no places available and they don't know why they let you make a reservation... NOW FIGHT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK
Be careful - not all as described - no wifi onboard. We didn't visit all the places as described on the itinerary. Your dropped off over 10 blocks from where you got on the bus - not the same as the pick-up point as described. A lot of building work at several of the places of interest spoils your memorable photos. Highlighted issues whilst on the trip with both the guide and via the Whatsapp link - Guide did not care and whatsapp did not provide satisfactory response
Huanita and Mario were both amazing, the amazing history lecture's, I enjoyed the excursion, it was memorable experience .
I booked an english speaking tour group which was confirmed. However on the day reporting at 5.40 am I was informed that there was no seats in english group and I had to join Spanish group. This is unacceptable and I need to get compensation
The booking was done, payment deducted from bnak and after few hours received message that booking is cancelled by the operator. Very Bad approach. Guaranteed full refund but I got back QR50 less than what I paid... When taking booking on third party you should be very careful. I could go on same day with another operator but the struggle was too much as I planned everything else according to the confimred booking.
This trip is full of destinations with almost most of the memorials listed on the itinerary except Martin Luther King memorial. I didn't know why it was omitted but I am still satisfied with Juanita my tour guide. The driver is perfect and safely drove to our sight seeing spots and back to drop off area. The tour arrangement is very tight and no time to waste so it is a good value.
Do no do it. We booked with friends and my friends were send to another bus that never came. They were left in the cold after paying. And the drivers and gudes couldn't be more rude.
