A very comprehensive tour in every sense, one of the best!
It was an experience where they take you to restaurants and stores where the souvenirs are more expensive; they tell you that the vendors next to Chichén Itzá are bad since they do not get any of what we buy from there. The cenotes were extremely crowded, and you could not enjoy the experience, and to top it off, at lunchtime, drinks are not included, so you have to pay, and a hibiscus water that costs 8 dollars does not seem normal to me at all. The guides were Eduardo (Lalo) and José Chan.
The driver Joel, the guide Lalo, and his assistant Mr. José Chan were great.
The tour was excellent, I came with my family including 2 children and we had a great time. The tour was very good, very inclusive; they provided breakfast, buffet-style lunch, unlimited drinks, and even desserts. Several demonstrations of Mayan culture, dances, ceremonies, and more… I highly recommend it. Thanks to our guide Daniel, the assistant Alessa, and the bus driver Orlando, they were very kind and brightened our day.
It was amazing ! I would recommend this excursion to my family and friends! The food was excellent! And the tour guides Daniel and Alessa were so nice and welcoming , they were explaining everything perfectly. Nothing was missing today ! And they were checking up all the time on us. Excellent service from the first contact. The tour is worth every minute. It gets a bit tiring since we left at 7 AM and returned at 9:30 PM. The team formed by Alex (driver), Chan, and Carlos is excellent. Friendly and with a lot of knowledge. A tour that I totally recommend.
Everything was excellent, I recommend it, tomorrow we will also go on another tour with you!!
Very efficient and helpful staff, guide Lalo explains everything very quickly in two languages, (English , Spanish )
Good experience with Orlando, Beto, and Lalo; good information, attentive to questions, and many activities were carried out during the day.
10/10! Excellent tour, very well organized. Chichen Itza and the cenotes exceeded my expectations. I would return without hesitation. Thanks to the guides Héctor, Mafer, and the team who made this experience unforgettable.
