In the middle of the jungle and the caverns of the Riviera Maya, Xenses Park is a fantastic world where the senses are heightened. This site offers a series of land, water, and air attractions full of visual games, optical illusions, sensations, and aromas. Explore that in addition to the five senses, our body uses more means to react to different circumstances and stimuli. In the various attractions, you can experience how far your senses go. Look through your skin and your ears, be guided by your intuition, travel through your memories through scents, and use your largest sensory organ, the skin. You will need to use your common sense until you lose consciousness. Xenses Park is planned as a half-day activity, so you can decide to enjoy it in the afternoon or in the morning.

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Aloft Tulum. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

- All children of 5 years old or over will pay the child price. Children's of 12 years or over will pay the adult price. Children of 4 years old or below will travel for free sitting on lap
- All infants are required to be registered in the booking, otherwise they will not have access to the transportation
- Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price
- Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price
- All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat. You need to have ID to confirm the age of the child.
- If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.

- Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.
