Perast is one of the most beautiful towns in the Bay of Kotor, known for its churches, palaces, seaside promenade and the two famous islands in front of the town. Enjoy a unique adventure driving a charming electric Fiat Topolino along the scenic Bay of Kotor. Each car has two seats and you will drive in a small convoy led by a guide on a motorbike, with beautiful coastal views and photo stops along the way. Important information before booking: A valid driver’s license is required. Guests who demonstrate unsafe driving may not be allowed to continue the tour and no refund will be issued. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour.

45 minutes of driving to Perast (passing right by the Old Town from the seaside).
In Perast, there is a 60-minute break. Perast is one of the most beautiful and peaceful towns on Montenegro coast. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, you'll love it.
On the way back, the drive continues along the seaside road, passing through the small town of Ljuta – 20 minutes.
Then we descend to the lower road through Dobrota and continue along the coast with photo stops – 55 minutes.

What a Fabulous trip we had from Kotor to Perast and back with time to wander round Perast. Great electric cars, easy to drive and great not being in amongst a big crowd on a trip. We were on a cruise and the location was about an 15 min walk from the port and easy to find. Our guide was knowledgeable and could answer any questions we had about the local area. I would highly recommend
The tour was just so fun and unique. The small electric cars are so fun and cute while being ideal to take the narrow coastal road in Kotor. Kotor is just breathtaking and this way of seeing it just made it all the more special. The driver and guides were so friendly and made sure we were safe at all times. They took great care of my 81 year old mom and I think she had a small crush on her handsome driver. The whole experience was so memorable. If you want a lot of history and explanation this is not the tour for you. If you want to explore the area and see the scenery and enjoy some free time this makes for an ideal tour. We would recommend this tour without any hesitation. Enjoy and have a great time !
We had such a wonderful time on the Topolino electric car tour from Kotor to Perast! The scenic drive was absolutely beautiful, but what made the experience truly special were our amazing guides, Ivan, Momi and Nikolai. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the day. We really appreciated that they gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy each place without ever rushing us. It felt more like spending the day with friends than being on a tour. We absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kotor! 🌊🚗✨
This was a fun way to see Montenegro! We really enjoy our trip. The cars are so cute, and the town of Perast is beautiful.
The guides were lovely and we'd recommend them to anyone! The guides ride on a motorbike in front of us and give us walkie talkies to communicate. The cars have no doors nor AC but they did give us plenty of cold bottled water before we set off. They took us to the boat area to the island (€12pp includes museum). On the way back there was a great photo spot where you stand up in the car out of the roof where they take your photos for you.
If I could have given this experience 10 ⭐️ I would! I had such a fabulous time from start to finish. This is a must do activity, so much fun & the scenery is breathtaking. Done this excursion today while our cruise ship was in the port of Kotor. Very friendly guides, who went that little bit extra for us due to husband wearing a prosthetic leg. It was a great trip to do seeing the old town. Although we didn’t do the boat trip to the island we stayed in the old town and walked a little and had a drink. We would say that maybe include the boat trip in the price and increase the cost of the excursion as would still be worth it. The excursion went smoothly more than I can say getting on and off the cruise ship.
Definitely Fun & Interesting to explore Montenegro with Topolino. Beautiful scenery driving along the coastline. All the guide and staff are friendly and energetic! Hope will come back soon again!
A great tour...a 10 out of a 10. The 2 owners were very attentive and made sure to take all safety precautions while we were in traffic. Would highly recommend this tour.
