Visited some gems.

Great tour. The tour was well planned. Our guide, Martin, was very charismatic, full of energy and knowledgeable about Tlaquepaque. He took us to all of the usual sites but also took us to some gems off the beaten path, which we would not have know about or found on our own.

Tlaquepaque Tour 👍🏻

We had a great time on this walking tour learning about the history of Tlaquepaque and the significance of the area. Martin did a great job speaking to the art, handmade crafts, politics, and more. The locals were incredibly kind and welcoming. We paid nothing to get into multiple museums and cathedrals. We even got some unexpected invitations for behind-the-scenes access to areas off limits to the public. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

Great tour of Tlaquepaque

This is great tour of Tlaquepaque. Martin has great insight into the different buildings history and that of the public artwork. Everyone knows about the shopping but this will show and teach you so much more.

A good start to your visit to Tlaquepaque

If you want to know the history behind this unique and interesting town, this would be the tour to take. Martin has done a lot of research into why and how Tlaquepaque is here today. You will be taken to areas outside the popular shopping/walking strip. He will give you suggestions for areas to return to and further enjoy on your own extended time frame. It's a good start for your day (or longer) visit.

An inside view of Tlaquepaque

Martin's tour was fun and interesting. Most people only know Tlaquepaque for shopping and eating. We learned about the history of the city, details about former mansions renovated as shops, galleries, and restaurants. We visited locations that most tourists wouldn't notice. Maybe you'll see the famy with the pet roosters and duck. Martin has vast knowledge of the area and continues to learn more!

A look at Tlaquepaque

Martin gave us a terrific look at Tlaquepaque… the history, significant places to visit, shops and restaurants. He was very willing to go at the pace we needed.
