Then ending our tour with going to Khan el Khalili Bazaar whichh is one of Cairo’s main attractions ..the district of Khan el Khalili was originally a mausoleum called “el Zaafran” for the burial of Fatimid Caliphs ,after that It became a district for the Turkish community during the Ottoman period , and now It becomes a bazzar where you will find many souvenirs shops ,coffeehouses “Café” serving Arabic coffee and offering Hookah “Shisha”, and restaurants throughout the area. Then you will be picked up to your hotel .

I have no story to share. Someone was supposed to be waiting for me outside the terminal and nobody showed up. I tried calling many times and sending messages. No answer. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first and last attempt with Viator.
Oh my goodness, what an experience. Please ask for Maddy. Everything we wanted to do, he made happen. He's knowledgeable about everything and knows where to go. This is our second trip to Egypt and we saw new things that our guide last year never showed us. In addition to being am excellent guide, he was attentive. We booked another tour with Maddy because he was so good, and when he picked us up, he had snacks for our kids, dates for me to bring home as a souvenir for my family, and snacks for my hubby. Literally couldn't ask for a better experience in Egypt!
We had a wonderful day in Cairo with Mido. After picking us up from the airport we went straight to the pyramids and Sphinx. Mido made it so interesting and educational with his wealth of knowledge (he’s also a certified archaeologist). We also visited the National Museum of Egyptian Civilizations which has all the mummies on display, and the Egyptian Museum where our main focus was Tutankhamen. Again, Mido’s knowledge and insights really enhanced the experience. He also took us to a herbal/aromatherapy place which was a bit of a waste of time, and we skipped the papyrus place which we said we weren’t particularly interested in. It would’ve been nice to see a bit more of the historical sights in the old city and perhaps the markets, but unfortunately we only had the day in Cairo and getting around takes up a lot of time as the traffic is insane. Mido really made the day memorable and went out of his way to ensure that he gave us a wonderful experience. Thanks Mido !!

This was an amazing tour! My tour guide Mido was the most friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating guide ever. I was only in Cairo for a layover and was given an absolutely amazing experience. I saw the pyramids, camel ride, experience aromatherapy and more. I recommend anyone visiting Cairo to give this tour a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Salahudin was requested since we had an excellent experience with him on her Nile cruise. You all should know he is currently doing a PHD in Egyptian history but he already has a wealth of knowledge . Ask him about which Hollywood celebrity he recently guided . He is very sort after , He goes out of the way to make sure we are comfortable. We had to get our COVID test early in the morning having him with us made it so easy for us. He also went above and beyond for the printed and stamped the next day and gave it to us in a binder. The transport van was very comfortable and clean. Salhudin speaks clear and fluent English amongst other languages . Strongly recommended
