In March certain activities close earlier, this didn’t bother us but you can’t fit in as many activities in one day.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We always encourage customers to research attraction times before visiting, and we provide all the latest hours on our website and app. If you ever need any help planning your itinerary, our friendly support team is always here to assist you!
I recommend, it is super convenient and cheaper than taking individually. App to download to book
Merci beaucoup pour votre recommandation. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez trouvé le pass pratique et plus économique que des billets achetés séparément. Nous sommes également heureux que l’application vous ait aidé à réserver facilement vos attractions. Merci d’avoir choisi Go City.
It wasn't worth it at all. You can't spend enough meaningful time at each place even if you could teleport to make it worthwhile. And many of the things they claim credit for providing admission to are free! British Museum, National Gallery, Imperial War Museum London...on and on. Some reviews tagged the Churchill War Rooms which I don't believe this covers.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. To help customers make the most of their pass, we always recommend grouping attractions by location and checking attraction opening times in advance. Our attraction listings also include helpful tips and guidance to ensure you get the best value from your visit. We offer a wide range of different passes to suit various travel styles, whether you prefer to see several attractions each day or explore at a more relaxed pace. Regarding your note about included attractions, you’re absolutely right — the Churchill War Rooms is not included with our pass. The value in our pass comes from the many ticketed attractions and experiences it includes, such as river cruises, observation decks, tours, and other premium activities that normally require paid admission. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, your feedback is important to us.
Do not take the London pass if you already have a precise view in advance of what you want to visit: you pay a fortune and you have to queue everything for hours as if you had no ticket, and even worse, in places where you have to book a slot in advance it’s not possible to do so with the London pass and depending on the availability you might even not get in. The London pass is, in my view, a scam destined to ripp of tourists.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how long queues and pre-booking limitations can affect your visit. Go City passes are designed to give travellers access to multiple attractions in one go, helping to simplify planning and save on individual ticket costs. We always encourage our customers to book attractions in advance where possible, which can help reduce waiting times and secure entry to popular sites. Your feedback is very important to us and helps improve the experience for future visitors. Please contact our customer care team so we can investigate your experience further.
We could not use the London Pass for the full 3 days that we paid for. On the morning of the third day the Westminister Abby wouldn't accept it. Better off just paying for what you use as plans change.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Westminster Abbey is a very popular attraction, and access is granted based on capacity, which is why Go City passes are valid for entry after 1PM. Just a reminder, the days of the All-Inclusive Pass are consecutive from the day of activation, giving you flexibility to enjoy multiple attractions over your visit. If you wish to share more details, please kindly contact us at customerfeedback@gocity.com. We hope the rest of your Go City adventures were fantastic, and we can’t wait to welcome you back soon!
We booked Shard, Tower bridge. Brit music tour, London eye, Buckingham Palace. We walked into St Paul’s, Globe, Westminster abbey, uber boat no issues or wait.
This made our day. We are so grateful for your kind words. Thanks for sharing your review with us and the community. We hope to serve you again in the future. Regards, Go City
It is not worth the price. You can get things cheaper with individual tickets. Many items are even free …and they advertise like it costs. Just not worth it
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand that getting value is important, and our Go City passes are designed to make exploring a city simple and flexible, giving you access to multiple attractions with one ticket, saving time, letting you plan your visit at your own pace, and helping you discover hidden gems you might not find on your own. We really appreciate your thoughts as they help us improve, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another try to enjoy the variety of experiences the pass can unlock.
SCAM! Flew over 4000 miles, purchased the London pass PLUS for $400. Because their reservation system was not working, we were unable to reserve and see London sites like The Chard, London eye, Madame Tussauds - any attraction that required a reservation! Since then customer service has ignored me and when they do reply they just say no refund! Crooks!!!! Do NOT buy this!!!
Thank you for sharing your feedback and we sincerely apologise again for the trouble you experienced. We can see that your case has now been resolved, but please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team if you need any further assistance. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us continue improving the experience for all our customers. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.
We bought the London Pass Plus for 4 days because we wanted Tussaud and hop-on/hop-off with us. Unfortunately, after the event, we have to say that this was not worth it. Many of the attractions can only be visited between 10:00 and 16:00. If you need about 2 hours per place and consider the distances in between, you can visit on average 2 or at most 3 per day. In addition, some things, such as Buckingham Palace or the British Museum (audio tour) are not included. The childish chatter on the BigBus tour is annoying, uninformative and often interrupts. Then we were unlucky that the already booked Ferris wheel failed. The queue was also no shorter than for others who booked directly. If we had done the same, we would have driven a lot cheaper overall.
Buyer beware: While we found the pass to be convenient, we weren't able to fully use it due to the fine print. One of our top interests was Westminster Abbey, but you can't use the pass for a ticket until the afternoon...if tickets are still available. We couldn't risk it since we're only in London a brief time so we had to purchase tickets separately to ensure we could get into the Abbey. I felt a bit tricked by this since the details aren't disclosed in the header info on the app.
Thank you for your review. We’re glad you found the Go City Pass convenient overall. Westminster Abbey is a very popular attraction, and access is granted subject to capacity. Busy times are generally in the mornings of Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays, around Easter, and during the summer months. For this reason, your pass is only valid after 1PM, which helps ensure the best experience for visitors. We encourage all our customers to read the Know Before You Go section, as it provides useful tips and important details to help plan your visit and make the most of Go City.
