Starbucks DMZ with North Korea View
Description
Have you ever imagined buying a ticket to enter a Starbucks? That's what happens at the Starbucks closest to North Korea. (only 1.4 km away) You can see the open sky, the flowing river, and the North Korean land beyond Starbucks. Aegibong Ecological Park, where the Starbucks closest to North Korea is located, has renovated an old observatory into an ecological park. On the way to the observatory, we will cross the suspension bridge. If you cross this bridge, you can reach the Starbucks closest to North Korea. In front of Starbucks, there is an observatory where you can view North Korea and a telescope that you can use for free. This park consists of an ecological exhibition hall, an observatory, and an ecological trail. In particular, it is beautiful to see the natural scenery and architecture beautifully harmonizing. Tour course: Meeting place - Aegibong Peace Ecopark - Peace Eco Exhibition Hall - Jogang Observatory (Starbucks Observatory) - Hyundai Outlet - Drop off City Hall.

drive to Gimpo city to visit Aegibong Observatory (Starbucks Observatory)
on the way to Observatory, we will cross the suspension bridge.
Peace Eco Exhibition Hall It is a exhibition place for peace , ecology and the future. You can learn about Korea history, North Korea and local story.
Jogang Observatory (also called Starbucks observatory) became popular tour spot becuase a Starbucks recentrly opened at Jogang Observatory. You can enjoy a cup of coffee at Starbucks while looking at North Korea View. There are free telescope as well. Tip: You can easily see the North Korean especially during harvest time.

I went to another observatory a couple of days back but this observatory provides a much nearer view (the nearest!) Great tour company that responded immediately when i emailed them at almost 9pm the night before! Easy communication via WhatsApp. Our guide Grace onni gave us a good overview of the history and was very nice and helpful. She helped me with a call to sort out a reservation issue and even gave me her own financier because I was starving on the way back (the Starbucks queue was too long :(). Kamsahamida!
