I called to find out about the tickets and answered by mistake that there were no tickets that the visit had been cancelled. Naturally we bought other tickets, called 20m later to say that after all there were tickets and that they cheated. They didn't want the money back. Bad customer service

I had an extraordinary experience visiting St. Peter’s Basilica, and it was entirely thanks to Jude. From the very beginning, Jude went far beyond what I expected from a guide.
