I purchased two audio tours for Saint Peter's Basilica. The process to download this app on one account for two people was painful. We called the direct help line and I was able to access one audio tour. When asked how to access the second ticket I was told to call Viator to get the information. I was not able to access Viator and ended up calling back the City Muse Tours. The lady did help us but we could barely hear her. The connection was so bad we were told to text her on what's app. We declined and ended up getting the second tour added to the City Muse Tours for my companion. What a process:/ Never again..

Each step was easily spelled out, and I loved that the history of each part of the Basilica was described. I was able to go at my own pace and not have to deal with a group of other people. It was like having my own personal tour guide for a fraction of the cost!

We had done 2 guided tours and the headset were poor at best and the hosts accents were very hard to understand This unguided audio tour was great use your own phone and air pods 30 taped stations that you can stop rewind or go back to 5 stars and 2 people 20$$
