Brilliant day out, there was only five of us in the group so it was more like a private tour. Getting to Chichen Itza early was great as we beat the crowds and it wasn't too hot. The cenote was stunning and Coba was a great contrast to Chichen and riding the bikes through the jungle was great fun. The guide we had was so informative and friendly, fully recommend this tour and this company.

The tour was amazing. Franklin was a great driver and Manuel was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about Mayan history and culture. I’ve been on a chitzen Itza tour before and this tour was so much better. We got to see chitzen Itza before the crowds and the heat set in. The cenote and lunch were great, we almost had the cenote to ourselves and Ek Balam was awesome, it felt like they closed the park just for us. Highly recommend worth the money, felt like a private tour.

A fantastic day with Luis our safe & helpful driver and our wonderful guide Carmen who was extremely knowledgable and answer all our questions. A lovely sense of humour as well.

Perfect experience. They picked us up at the hotel on time, we entered all the attractions skipping the lines. We didn't waste time in tourist traps as we did in other places. The Eder guide and the Rodrigo driver were professional, prepared and well organized. My kids had a great time! The day after tomorrow I will do another excursion with this tour operator because I really enjoyed it. Council!!!

We booked the Chichen Itza early entry + Cenote + Coba tour. Our driver and guide were prompt for our 615am pickup and communication with them was very smooth as we coordinated the tour from start to finish. We throughly enjoyed the 3 activities and time was well managed for each one. We’ll have memories that will last a lifetime and we are thankful for our wonderful tour guide and driver for making that happen.
Hi We are so glad to know you enjoyed the activities with us. Thank you so much for your fantastic review Kind regards
The early morning was a smart option. Got there before the crowds and before it got too hot. Our driver, Rodrigo, was friendly, helpful and was a very good driver. Felt very safe while he was navigating. Our guide, Ezequiel, was fabulous! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about every place we visited. We learned more about the history, culture and background of chichen itza, cenote hacienda chukum, and coba. We had a private tour, so they even ventured off course to show us a little extra! Appreciated their hospitality, and professionalism throughout!
Hi Linda We are so glad to know you enjoyed the activities with us. Thank you so much for your fantastic review Kind regards
The tour was ok, nothing special. Half way through the tour we learned we wouldn't have time to go to Cobra, or we would have to skip the Cenote and won't have time for lunch, basically they didn't manage their time well and should have managed expectations from the beginning. Overall ok and wouldn't book again.
Hi Isabella We are not agree with your review. The time in the morning was fine , is what we do every day. All customers were pick up on time , the problem in the morning after pick up all was all the group spent so much time taking coffee and .having breakfast. Ussualy is 10 minutes stop, all the group were more than 30 minutes, with the problem of a second stop before leave Playa del Carmen to go to the restroom. Arriving Chichen Itza at the exit toll other 40 minutes delay for a problem with the gate. You arrive to Chichen Itza 09:45, when we ussually arrive 08:15. After Chichen Itza again all the group be late at the meeting point. Other 45 minutes late to leave Chichen Itza With 2 hours 15 minutes late on the itinerary finishing in Chichen Itza was clear we will not arrive to Coba with the ruins opens, after 16:15 they dont sell tickets to enter. Carmen the guide talked with all the group at gave the options you had. Or fast lunch at the cenote and visit fast to Coba, or Lunch with no estress and enjoy the swimming at the Cenote. All the group decided the second option, al the group not us as tour operatour. For us is not happy theses kind of situations. In 13 years providing tours is de first time we dont finish an itineraty, believe me, we hace did undreds and of tours. We can understand that maybe was not your fault all de delayes, but either our fault. We did our best knowing the distances and times in every place. As extra visit all the group decided to visit Valladolid City for a while. Anyway your review helps us to improve our service to offer all our customers the best experience Thanks for trust in us
A big thanks to our guide Miguel for dedicating us to the Mayan traditions and culture. Both on the road and at the destination itself. Visiting Chichen Itza would not have been the same if we had just walked around for ourselves or with an audio guide. Miguel followed us around to all the sights and showed and explained to us about the many exciting details. He also taught us how to write numbers and dates in Mayan. Our driver Luis transported us comfortably and safely around to our 3 scheduled stops, - and there was also time for breakfast coffee. We were up early 😊 Both were very professional and pleasant to spend the day together with. We were 7 participants on the trip and it worked really well with a small group. It was also good to visit Chichen Itza so early, where there was no queue or crowded with tourists. Chichen Itza was impressive to see. So many details - and nothing is left to chance. Coba was also interesting, but not quite as nice as Chichen Itza. We bathed in the cenot at Hacienda Chakum. A big, deep cenote. We were probably about 15-20 people in the cenoten at the same time, and there was plenty of space. It worked fine with changing clothes. The food in the hacienda after the bathing trip also tasted great. All in all an interesting trip and a good experience, which we can recommend. Note: if it has rained the walk to the Coba Pyramid may have been quite muddy. Remember reasonable footwear!

I was very positively surprised. On time hotel pickup, only 7 people + driver and guide. Were just in time for opening at Chichen Itza. Miguel is a super friendly and competent guide. It was really fun. Buffet at the Cenote was delicious! Plenty of drinks on the bus. Good international group.
Hi Timo We are so glad to know you enjoyed the activities with us. Thank you so much for your fantastic review Kind regards
Very nice tour with three great activities in one day! I would recommend this tour to explore two great Maya cities and a cenote when you are staying Tulum / Playa del Carmen / Maya Riviera.
