Nice and cool narration, breathtaking views
Michael was an awesome tour guide!!
Waited an hour for the bus when they said it’s coming every 10 mins they refused to refund the money. People selling tickets came off as scammers. Do not purchase. We never even made it.
Wonderful! Was well worth the money! They made sure we were all set up and had everything we need! Fast and a wonderful way to see everything! It was spacious and clean!
Isaiah was super nice and helpful
Great experience Isaiah was wonderful
Great experience, great views and great atmosphere.
Eli and AB were awesome! Loved the tour, must do in NYC!
Was greatly disappointed. Road around but had no idea where we were or where we were going. No narration.
It was terrible and dangerous; I cannot recommend taking the city tour with that company at all. The guys in the red jackets charge you more than double what the ride actually costs at night and demand cash. As proof, they give you a copy from the device that belonged to other individuals. The bus speeds through without stopping, and the ride takes less than 60 minutes. There is no accompaniment on the bus, only the bus driver. You have no idea where you are. You receive a headset, but you can only listen to music. No explanations or information. The bus driver let us off shortly before 1 AM on a shady street, and we had to pay another $80 for an Uber to get away from there. Under no circumstances take the night ride. It is dangerous. And during the day trip, keep in mind that you will not receive any information on the bus about where you are and what is interesting. Instead, take a helicopter tour; you will get more out of it.
