Ok, could be better

At 9:15 am there was no line to go up. Once there we could only see views on three sides as the fourth was blocked off for a “class in session” despite there being no class. There was a long line for grabbing the pastry and coffee, of which there is limited options. The views that you do have are good and the plants up there are nice.

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the views and the gardens during your visit. At the same time, we are sorry that certain areas were unavailable and that the wait for the breakfast service affected your experience. Please note that access to specific sections of the venue may occasionally be restricted by the attraction for operational reasons, and these decisions are outside of our control. We also understand that waiting in line for refreshments can be frustrating, particularly during busy periods. We appreciate your comments and will share your feedback with our partners, as it helps improve the experience for future visitors. Thank you again for your review. Sincerely, VoxCity

Not worth the money

Would not pay to do early access. Its free normally. Its not as full of plants as expected and over priced to go in early. Lovely views but you have to wait until 11 when its open to the public to go on the terrace anyway. You are literally paying for a coffe and dry croissant.

Operator response

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the breakfast included in this package is served at the Larch Restaurant and includes one main course, a pastry or muffin, as well as tea and coffee. The package also includes early admission access and a digital audio guide, which are part of the added-value experience offered with this product. We understand your comments regarding value and experience and are sorry that your expectations were not met. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. VoxCity

There are many steps...

There are many steps inside the building on both sides to access the skyline views. There was a delay in accessing one area as a Pilates class was finishing so setup was incomplete. Visitors needed to wait 30 minutes. View of the London Bridge is hard in the morning due to the angle of the rising sun. Local people and businesses (7) do not know the location of Sky Garden so do not rely on locals to help with directions. They don't know what it is, what the building looks like, or its location.

All Staff made it a great experience

All Staff were first class. Cafe staff attentitive and exceptionally helpful. Security and support staff very profesional. The overall experience was great; a beautiful attraction and a nice treat.

Experience was great, organization leaves much to be desired.

The ticket provision was somewhat cumbersome. You received two different vouchers with the note, this is not the ticket! Then you click on a ticket link and only see your name, date, and time slightly blurred. I felt uncertain until the entry with that. The organization on-site was somewhat chaotic; otherwise, the description was accurate. Great view of the city in a nice ambiance.

Ok, but go early

A last minute booking, not bad value. We booked for 9.15am and still had to wait about good ten /fifteen minutes for the pastry and coffee, those entering after 9.15 am would have a much much longer wait and standing room only. Pleased we went but would we recommend to friends not sure. Out of interest we then walked down the south bank of Thames to Battersea power station for lunch , nearly 8km . Well worth a visit there.

More of expected

I honestly expected a lot more of it. Thought the garden was much bigger. Is just a cafe/restaurant in the same room. If you can go for free, maybe check it out early in the morning. Didn't think it was worth paying for because you can't enter the outdoor space when buying an early bird ticket either. And we were unlucky it was foggy.

The inside is beautiful,...

The inside is beautiful, however I did expect more greenery. I was also disappointed that you cannot go into the balcony, although, it was so cloudy/foggy you couldn’t see much anyways, which obviously is out of their control. Would definitely come back during regular hours to be able to use the balcony and hopefully see more!

Navigating London was so easy after seeing from the 35th floor

The best way to see a wonderful city laid out before you on a beautiful morning.
