The museum is amazing. There are so many artifacts. The museum is well organized so you don’t need a guide. Everything is well explained. The statues are impressive. We walked from Saint Maria Popolo. Nice walk and plenty of ice cream shops nearby
Bruno was so knowledgeable, he was the best guide I have ever had in my long life! He knew all mythical references, all Etruscan and Roman facts and lore, and could answer any question about Popes, art, Italian culture, etc. I have him a $35Euro tip and I never give tips!! He was beyond superlative in his manners, personality, and talent for guiding.

The tour was excellent! Villa Giulia is beautiful and the museum is part of it. Our guide Tommaso has been great - very helpful, kind and passionate and knowledgable about the topic! He has made a special itinerary for us and made sure to cover all the important and interesting information, the flow of the tour was seamless and very pleasant due to his itinerary. The tour was special due to his own dedication and we truly enjoyed it, even stayed longer with us to make sure to cover it all, thanks Tommaso! Later on you can stay and enjoy the beautiful garden of the villa Giulia. Highly recommended!
