- Is entry included? Yes — pre-booked timed-entry admission is included. The Galleria Borghese admits a limited number of visitors in two-hour slots, so your reserved access is guaranteed.
- How long is the tour? Approximately 2 hours. Please note: the tour booked for the 5:45 PM (17:45) slot lasts 1 hour instead of 2, due to the gallery's closing time.
- Is a guide included? Depending on the option you select, the tour is led by an expert guide or accompanied by an audioguide.
- How does the audioguide work? If you select the audioguide option, download the POP Guide app before arriving at the meeting point, and bring your own headphones. This way you're ready to start as soon as your tour begins.
- Do I need to choose a time slot? Yes — the Galleria Borghese operates on mandatory timed entry. You'll enter at your reserved slot.
- Are large bags allowed? No — large bags and backpacks must be left in the gallery cloakroom before entering.

Great visit with good price. It is not always easy to get last-minute tickets to the museum but Viator made it easy!
The tour was easy to book. We were very surprised that Galleria Borghese offered evening tours. It was much better time to visit, less crowded and less hot. We really enjoyed the tour and impressive artworks in Galleria.
Terrible experience. I strongly advise against them!!! I purchased tickets that were then sent and subsequently canceled by them, and once I arrived on site, I could no longer find them in the WhatsApp conversation! Do not trust them... they are real THIEVES!
Arrived late, unlike us, who were fifteen minutes early, so we were moved to the 5:30 PM session, and the museum closes at 6:50 PM!!! Just to validate our tickets without an apology or explanation! Too short to visit everything calmly! I do not thank you!
