First, please go to Via Tunisi 5A to collect your official tickets. Our hosts will then accompany you to the Vatican Museums entrance. Please do not go directly to the Vatican Museums, as entry requires the tickets collected at the meeting point.

- If the clients are less than 18 years old you need to bring a document to prove it inside the Vatican Museums.
- Visitors with certified disabilities of 67% or more receive free entry to the Vatican Museums. If the visitor is not self-sufficient, one companion also enters free. Note: This type of ticket cannot be booked online
- Please Note: We are not responsible for partial closures within the Vatican Museums or the Sistine Chapel. No refunds will be provided if specific areas are closed due to special events. Refunds will only be issued if the entire site is closed and the visit cannot take place.
- Dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered for entry to the Sistine Chapel. This requirement applies to all genders.

The museums were too crowded but definitely worth seeing though my visit started stressfully. I somehow missed the part with an addrress to pick up my ticket. My voucher wouldn't let me in. When I finally got to the Viator location to get my ticket, I was very stressed out and worried about getting in. Elina noticed this, stepped from behind the counter, said "come with me" and walked me over to make sure I got in okay. This was above and beyond. What exceptional serrvice!!!

DO NOT buy from these people or site! They are robbing people, they are charging triple the price to "skip the line" BUT there is no SKIPPING THE LINE, you still have to wait about +30 min in the line with everybody else who purchased the ticket DIRECTLY from the VATICAN WEBSITE for 20 EUROS!

Skip-the-line tickets allow you to bypass the ticket purchase line—they do not eliminate the mandatory security screening, which every visitor must pass through regardless of where they purchased their ticket. As for pricing, you're comparing a standard Vatican ticket to a service that includes guaranteed timed entry, reservation management, and customer support. These are clearly stated before purchase, and thousands of guests choose them for the added convenience.

Booked through TA for our day in Rome (part of a med cruise). Price and rating good so signed up. Its a bit of trudge across Rome to find the office (its quite small - but used Google Maps to find it). Warm welcome into the office, and guys behind the desk told us that all was good and to come back in 15 mins (our planned start time) - no problem - very hot day - decided to get a cold drink next door. We were then handed over to a young girl who came across as very indifferent and bored with life! (...we were treated as an inconvenience to her internet surfing). Anyway, she took us up to the start point and we skipped the lengthy queues (as described on TA). She took us to the ticket desks and gave us our tickets before she departed (she honestly couldn't wait to get out of there and back to her surfing!). As we had hoped, my partner and I were then left to guide ourselves around the museums - which were fantastic. Very busy and hot - except the Sistine which was nice and cool. In summary - well worth the ticket to jump the long queues standing in the hot sun, and the museums and Sistine were superb - well worth it!

The guide appeared very disinterested in taking us to the drop off for the tour. The museum was very confusing and we found it difficult to find where to go; however, the history was great and the Sistine Chapel was absolutely the best.

Easy to pick up tickets. Escorted inside and through security. Since we were traveling with a three year old we moved at our own pace

It is recommended to pay for fast-track access with a guide if you only want to see the Sistine Chapel, since it is at the very end that you can see this work of art; you can choose the option to book the fast-track entry without the guide and do it at your own pace.
