- Please ensure that your coach drivers avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari side), as these are reserved for Mandai City Express and Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) services. To prevent congestion, kindly use other available bays for drop-offs and parking.
- A 5 SGD surcharge applies to all taxis leaving Mandai Wildlife Reserve between 1:00pm and 11:59pm daily to ensure more taxis are available during peak hours.

The zoo is great but Viator download tickets don’t work.with the help of zoo staff I was eventually able to download load the proper ticket.
The zoo is excellent, with a good range of animals. The six rhinos are incredible and quite close to view. Most exhibits are well planned and appear ‘open’ to view. We arrived at 8.30 which was a good time to beat the heat plus a lot of animals were out moving around. We noticed later in the day when we returned to some enclosures the animals were resting and often hidden. Only issue was our Viator ticket, it didn’t work and had to sort with staff at entrance. You need a QR code not a barcode. The zoo is well worth visiting, you need a good 3-4 hours at least there.
The zoo was amazing but due to the very heavy rain we didn't see as much as we hoped. The setting and the animal shows were spectacular. The only downside was no hotel and zoo pickup like your other tours. This would have made all the difference.
Unfortunately was raining non stop. Most of the animals took shelter, couldn’t see a lot of them Also the process of getting QR codes was much harder, process should be streamlined
One of the most well maintained zoos I have been to. Was able to leisurely walk through the entire zoo a couple of times and never noticed the 4.5 hours pass by. There were ample rest stops with rest rooms and water facilities. Highly recommend bringing a water bottle along so that you can keep filling it at appropriate times.
We booked this trip via trip advisor but when we arrived the zoo would not accept the tickets. We had uploaded into wallet and had the email but they insisted they weee the wrong ticket style. We had to buy tickets again then request a refund from trip advisor ( which they have accepted and we are awaiting the refund) The zoo was good and nice to see lots of greenery and plenty of space for the animals. I’m not really a zoo person so this was for my friends who really liked it
Zoo was great but TripAdvisor sent barcodes for tickets not QR codes which created problems getting in, fortunately the Team at the Zoo contacted TripAdvisor and received the required QR codes and after about 15 minutes we got in
The grounds of the zoo are beautiful. The entire location is very clean and well cared for. A couple of exhibits had no animals and some areas for large animals seemed a little small, but it was a most enjoyable place to visit.
Concrete jungle focused on human volume….gimmick driven ‘Disney zoo’! Despite the huge scale of the zoo, the enclosures looked less than adequate!!
