It is a great place to relax and enjoy nature away from the busy city.
Mount Faber Peak is a quiet hill that gives you amazing views of Singapore. It is a great place to go if you want to see the city from up high. From the top, you can look out at the tall buildings, the busy harbor with all the ships, and the small islands in the sea. It's a perfect spot to take photos. You can also take the cable car from here to Sentosa Island. The ride gives you a beautiful view from high up in the air. At the peak, there is a special Bell of Happiness that you can ring for good luck. It is a nice place to walk around and enjoy nature, and you can even have a meal with a view.

Pickup/Dropoff location Jurong, Woodland and Malaysian border will be extra charge 20 SGD per vehicle payable to driver 3. Child seat can be rent at cost 20 SGD 4. For tour pickup from Cruise Terminal or Changi Airport, please advice the number of bags in advance. If the luggage's exceed the capacity of the vehicle, a surcharge would apply for a bigger vehicle to accommodate the luggage's. 5. Licensed tour guide available upon request at SGD 60/hour for English or Chinese, and SGD 100/hour for Tamil, Italian, Spanish, or French (please inform us at least 48 hours in advance). 6. If pick up from cruise. Please provide the cruise name in advance to verify and update accordingly on the day of arrival.

Ashton was our driver. We arrived tired and with one kid feeling very rough after the flight, as well as struggling a little with the temp and humidity. Not only did Ashton take great care of us, he educated us in his Singapore. We cannot recommend him enough, it was the perfect way to start off in Singapore
This was our best day in Singapore, our driver Mega was so knowledgeable and happy to drive us on our own itinerary. We got to learn about Singapore while ticking off so many destinations. The car was clean air conditioned and only a moment away when we were ready to see the next destination.

Alvin was great. He was easy to connect with and had great conversation and outstanding knowledge of the city. The instructions for meeting up were clear and we gained a really good understanding of the layout of Singapore. We did not rate the experience 5 stars because we felt that a wider variety of options and ideas could have been suggested by Viator

This is misleading. This is not a tour. Instead, it’s car service. You’re hiring a private driver. He cannot take pictures of you. He just picks and drops you off at various locations. The company is very disorganized. After building a custom itinerary with Nano (the organizer), I was picked up by the driver who had no clue about the itinerary. Nana did not tell the driver. The driver was nice, this review has nothing to do with him. The company needs to update their description of this excursion. I would not recommend this company. There are cheaper and better options out there.

The service booked was a Private Customized City Tour with Driver. The booking details clearly state on the platform that the service includes a private vehicle, an English-speaking driver, and transportation between selected attractions. A licensed tour guide is not included in the tour price and is listed separately as an optional add-on. In Singapore, a private-hire driver and a licensed tour guide have different roles. Drivers are permitted to provide transportation and basic assistance, but they are not allowed to conduct guided walking tours, accompany guests through attractions as a guide, or provide professional guiding services unless they hold a valid tourist guide licence. We understand that you requested the driver to walk with you at different locations and assist with taking photos. Unfortunately, this is not something we can guarantee or require from our drivers as part of this booking. If guests require someone to accompany them, explain attractions in detail, and assist throughout the tour, a licensed tour guide must be arranged separately. Before the tour, we explained this through WhatsApp and offered the licensed guide option at an additional charge. However, you chose to continue with the original driver-only booking. Regarding the cancellation request, the cancellation policy was clearly displayed on the platform before payment was completed. The booking was already within the non-refundable cancellation period stated at the time of purchase. Therefore, we were unable to approve a refund. We are sorry that the service was not what you personally expected. However, the booking details clearly state the inclusions and exclusions, and our team also explained the driver’s role before the tour. We understand that this may have been disappointing, and we sincerely apologise if this caused any frustration. However, the specific service of your requested — having the driver accompany you through attractions and remain with you throughout the visit to take photographs — is not something we are legally permitted to provide under Singapore tourism regulations unless the person is a licensed tourist guide. As a licensed tourism operator, we are required to comply with these regulations to protect both our customers and our staff. For this reason, we were unfortunately unable to accommodate this request, even though we understand why it was important to you. For future bookings, we kindly recommend contacting us before making a reservation if there are any specific service expectations or special requests. This allows us to confirm in advance whether the requested service can be provided and helps prevent any misunderstanding.

Mega (driver) was absolutely outstanding. Not only was he knowledgeable about Singapore, but he was a safe and excellent driver. As I had seen a lot of the usual places, he was able to show me some of the lesser-known but equally interesting places around Singapore.He took me to Little India for lunch and it was a highlight. I can't recommend him enough.

Hiring someone to drive you around town to show you the different sections is less time consuming and comfortable.

Amazing experience top to bottom - the longer tour with the English guide (Kelvin) was not too rushed. We all had a great time, kids aged 11-16. Saw a good mix of cultural and entertainment.
