It's a nice way to get a City overview. But, many of the audio plug-ins didn't work in multiple buses, and some drivers were very hard to understand so not easy to know what stop you are at.
This was the best way to get around Singapore. We booked for one day and then extended the ticket for a second.

Not worth it, MRT is cheaper and easier to get around to all the sites. Head sets, only one ear piece worked and not all the headphone commentary ports worked on some seats.
Purchased ticket from this sight they didn't email correct vouchers ended up having to waste half a day sorting ticket out! They only sent night tour details not day tour Barcode. If you want a seamless trip and transction no hassles dont use this site try another one!
When we got to the pickup location we were greeted by Winston. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very organized and had a way of talking to everyone and making them feel special. The tour guide was great. He gave us good information and did his best to keep things on schedule. After an amazing night experience he even asked us what hotels we were all staying at and dropped us off as close as possible. The Chicken Satay was amazing!

Bus stops not sign posted so hard to locate. Doesn’t stop long enough at each stop to allow time to get off.

To make it easier to locate our stops and track the buses in real time, we recommend downloading the Big Bus app, which includes stop locations and live bus tracking. The bus was clean, easy to follow the routes online. It went everywhere. I would suggest it to get around Singapore
We had a great experience. A great way to look around Singapore with interesting commentary. We did both routes easily in one day and hopped on and off a number of times.
