Jess was absolutely amazing—funny, knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly organized! We had a group of 10 that included children ranging from 5 to 17, senior citizens, and couples, and somehow she managed to keep everyone entertained and involved throughout the entire experience. What impressed me most was how wonderfully she handled my very active 5-year-old. Jess invited her to be her little helper, and it worked perfectly! My daughter was so excited to have a “job” that she stayed focused and engaged—and had an absolute blast. Jess was also in constant communication with us from start to finish, making everything feel seamless and well organized. She even took the time to help us with group photos, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had tons of fun, and everyone in our group enjoyed themselves. Jess really knows how to connect with people of all ages and make the experience memorable. I would absolutely recommend her, especially for families or larger groups with a mix of ages.
